Individual Counselling / Therapy (Online)
Individual sessions are one to one and confidential. They are designed to support you as you gain awareness and access your inner healing. We begin our work together by exploring your reasons for coming to therapy and create a plan to move forward, carefully and gently exploring your story.
Sessions are conducted online, using a secure platform.

Free Introductory Meeting
A 15 minute meeting that allows us to discover if there is a good fit. It is an opportunity for me to find out a bit more about what you’re looking for and I can tell you about what I do. It also gives you a chance meet me and ask questions you may have about my approach before booking a first session.
Payments
All sessions are paid by e-transfer on the morning of the session.
Cancellation Policy
When you book a session, that time is reserved for you. If you do not provide notification at least 48 business hours in advance of your appointment, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. If it is possible to re-book your session within the same week, then regular session fee applies.
Insurance
Most extended health benefits cover my services. Payment is made in advance and receipts are issued following each session that may be used for reimbursement from insurance companies. It is recommended that individuals check with their insurance provider to determine if psychotherapy services are covered.

Healing
I’m often asked, what does healing look like?
Healing can look different for different people.
It may be that you become more aware of patterns in your life and more able to identify what triggers you; you may gain tools to cope with anxiety or depression, you may feel less sad or anxious, you may notice you feel more connected to yourself and able to access compassion for yourself and others; you may become more present and able to respond to what’s happening from a grounded place rather than reacting from past traumas or hurts.
