Sometimes we experience things in life that feel overwhelming or too big to handle our own. Therapy can provide a safe space to explore challenges in your life and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

In our work together, we will carefully and gently explore your story and your reasons for coming to therapy.

Healing

I’m often asked, what does healing look like?

Healing can look different for different people.

It may be that you become more aware of patterns in your life and more able to identify what triggers you; you may gain tools to cope with anxiety or depression, you may feel less sad or anxious, you may notice you feel more connected to yourself and able to access compassion for yourself and others; you may become more present and able to respond to what’s happening from a grounded place rather than reacting from past traumas or hurts.
