About

At the centre of my practice is my believe that there is meaning in your experience. The more awareness you gain about yourself and your situation, the more you are able to tap into your inner wisdom and move towards healing. I’m passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, to help them connect more deeply with themselves and find more joy and hope in their lives.

As well as providing individual therapy, I work as a support staff with IFSCA (Internal Family Systems Counselling Association) to support trainings in the IFS model. I’m also experienced in providing leadership to retreats and workshops that support individuals as they deepen in their spirituality and in their connection to nature.

In addition to formal training in counselling and psychotherapy, I bring a unique set of skills including as a Hatha Yoga teacher and a forest therapy guide, (trained through GIFT – Global Institute for Forest Therapy), to help you find balance, calm and peace while exploring what is happening in your life.

Qualifications
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I’m also a Member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, possessing a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) designation.

Education
I hold a Master of Pastoral Studies in Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy from Emmanuel College in the University of Toronto.
